Description

As part of its strong growth, Circul'Egg is looking for a person to back up itsGeneralManager in order to carry out missions
missions (finance,strategy, etc.).

Your mission will be to work with Justine, the COO, on the company's strategic.́gicand structuring issues, and in particular :

1. Project management

- Assist with project planning and implementation.

- Monitor schedules and ensure deadlines are met.

- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations.

2. Internal and external communication

- Writing for content for the communications and external communications (investor and partner newsletters).

 

3. Analysis and Reporting :

- Analyze project data and prepare progress reports.

- Contribute to the analysis of feedback to improve processes.

- Participate in project budget management.

 

4. Event coordination :

- Assist in organization events (conferences, meetings, workshops).


 

5. Partnership search :

- Participation in the search for financing by various means (banks, subsidies, etc.);

- Participation in the construction of files and pre-competitions/challenges.

6. But also...


- Participation Management of financial partners: creation of materials for discussions with investors, reporting on exchanges.

- Team management support with the production of strategic/operational documents

- Participation Cash flow monitoring and operational indicatorś.


Profile required

You are an étudiante en M2 d'une Grande École d'Ingénieurs ou Grande École de ́ nieurs ou Grande École de Commerce, or a university profile, in the last two years.̀re ańe d'études, avec
une spécialité finance management management.

Motivé-e, proactive and with good compécommunication skills (rédaction, échanges téthéphonics, pitch and présentations oral,
etc), you are à comfortable in a environment

You are endowed́-e a fine mind critical and analytical and you have a strong attraction to the world entrepreneurial world. The sector of food industry t'intéresse.

You have some knowledge of of the finance and and from the accountinǵ and and you know use excel, powerpoint.

You want to bring to opinions constructive and question at constantly our stratuḿgy.

Modality

The internship will last 6 months and is availablefrom August - October 2024 But if you're available before or after don't hesitate to apply, we can always work something out 😉
