Your role, your mission:
You'll be a key member of the sales team, with the mission of developing and retaining our customer portfolio, while optimizing sales processes. In short, you will be a strategic player in our development.
You will report directly to Yacine, our CEO, and will be integrated into one of the three teams dedicated to membrane for the dietary supplements market.

Here's what's expected of you:
- Grow the customer database in the nutraceutical field and secure appointments for your team (target: 10 per week).
- Take part in the first few appointments with Yacine to train yourself, then manage them on your own once you're comfortable with the pitch.
- Act as an interface with the R&D product and quality teams, to answer customers' questions and objections.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs for all teams, to energize and motivate everyone (especially during cold calls or prospecting sessions).
Initially, you'll be working on the SDR (Sales Development Representative) side. But as you get to grips with the business, we might consider recruiting someone to support you.

What we're looking for in you:
At Circul'Egg, we want ultra-motivated people who are ready to take on concrete challenges and who want to contribute to the circular economy.

- You have 2 to 3 years' experience in sales, ideally in the distribution of food ingredients or in nutraceuticals.
- You have a good commercial sense, you are at ease in speaking, rigorous, persevering, and you communicate like a pro (in French and English, C1 level minimum).
- If you have a scientific background, this is a bonus, but not compulsory.
Practical details:
- Contract: Open-ended contract available from mid-April 2025.
- Location: Our offices are in Paris, with the possibility of flexible teleworking and travel to visit customers.
- Remuneration:Fixed salary between 35K and 40K (depending on your profile).
- Variable, based on resources deployed and results achieved.
