At Circul’Egg, we have one goal: to promoter over 160,000 metric tons of eggshells in Europe to create sustainable ingredients for the nutraceuticals and pet food and industrial sectors. We’re looking for a leader to helm our Janzé site and guide its growth. Ready to take the reins of a rapidly growing site? 

🎯 Your role, your mission 

Reporting to the General Management team, you are responsible for the overall performance of the Janzé site: production, safety, operational organization, and the smooth operation of the facilities. You are responsible for results in terms of quality, costs, deadlines, and safety, with genuine autonomy within your area of responsibility. 

🔹 Focus – Production 

  • Plan, organize, and manage production (deadlines, quality, costs) and monitor performance using key metrics (OEE, nonconformities, yield) 

  • Continuously improve operational efficiency and ensure safety and compliance with environmental standards 

  • Manage inventory, upstream and downstream logistics, and production-related procurement 

🔹 Focus – Site Management 

  • Oversee the site's day-to-day operations and ensure the availability of the facilities (preventive/corrective maintenance) 

  • To be thepoint of contact during audits and ensure the site’s regulatory compliance 

  • Manage unforeseen events (outages, incidents) and ensure business continuity 

🔹 Focus Area – Strategy, Reporting & Budget 

  • Contribute to the production/quality strategy and report on the site's performance to the Executive Committee 

  • Manage the site's budget (planning, monitoring, variances) and propose corrective actions 

  • Collaborate with other departments (R&D, sales, marketing) to align production with strategy 

🔹 Focus Area – Team Management 

  • Manage and develop the production team as well as the support functions (maintenance, quality) 

  • Organize schedules, oversee recruitment, and evaluate performance 

  • Foster team engagement and skill development 

🌟 You are the right fit for this job if… 

  • 🎓 Master’s degree (engineer or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in production management or industrial site management 

  • 🏭 You have expertise in industrial production management (planning, metrics, OEE) and quality/regulatory compliance (HACCP, ISO, ICPE) 

  • 🔧 Do you have some knowledge of industrial maintenance (CMMS) and budget management (CAPEX/OPEX)? 

  • 💡 You are driven by continuous improvement (Lean, 5S) and problem-solving 

  • 🤝 Leader by nature, you know how to bring together a multidisciplinary team (production, maintenance, quality) 

  • 🧭 Diligent, self-reliant, and comfortable with written communication (reporting to the Executive Committee) and in handling unexpected situations
