Head of Sales - Permanent Position
Circul’Egg recycles 100% of eggshells to create sustainable ingredients—Reggenerate® (nutraceuticals, nutricosmetics, pet food) and Carbio® (industrial applications). Production has begun, major contracts have been secured, and our team of 20 is growing. It is now time to build out and scale our sales department.
🎯 Your role, your mission
Reporting directly to Yacine (CEO) and as a member of the Executive Committee, you will manage an existing sales team (2–3 people), oversee our network of distributors in Europe, the Americas, and Asia, and drive revenue growth in the nutraceutical, nutricosmetic, and pet food markets.
🔹 Sales Organization & Management
• Develop and refine sales processes: pipeline, CRM, reporting, and prioritization
• Manage and develop the skills of the team (2–3 people)
• Define and track sales KPIs with management
🔹 International Development & Distributors
• Manage and expand the distributor network in Europe, the Americas, and Asia
• Identify new strategic partners in each region
🔹 Revenue growth
• Manage long sales cycles (key accounts in the nutrition and pet food sectors) and quick closes
• Track and close opportunities in the pipeline
