Head of Industrialisation - CDI
Job description & Missions
As part of its strong growth, Circul'Egg is looking for Head of industrialization.
The missions include :
- Manage the scale-up and industrialization of the innovative Circul'Egg process. Circul'Eggprocess, in close collaboration with the process engineering team.
- Develop key documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, UIDs, and implementation plans.
- Dimension equipment and carry out functional analyses of control systems.
- Carry out material and energy balances and process optimization studies.
- Write functional specifications for unit operations.
- Manage calls for tender, select suppliers, and analyze equipment bids from a technical-economic angle.
- Manage a significant budget for setting up production lines.
- Negotiate prices and services, place orders, and monitor equipment installation.
- Commissioning and monitoring industrial scale-ups.
- Follow up on productions if necessary.
Profile required
- Graduate of an engineering school with a specialization in process engineering.
- At least 4-5 years' professional experience in industrialization/processes in the agri-food sector.
- Proven experience in production line design and industrialization.
- Autonomous, proactive(ve) and able to take initiative from the outset.
- Attention to detail, striving for operational excellence and reliability.
- Ability to manage complex projects independently.
- Make important decisions and make proposals.
- Responsible and motivated to play a key role in a growing company.
- Fluent in English and French.

Modalitys of position
Type of contract: Full-time permanent contract.
Location: Janzé.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: Very competitive, based on experience.
