🎯 Your role, your mission :

You'll be the backbone of internal management, in direct contact with the founders. Your mission? Manage administration, finance, HR, logistics... and make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll see: we need rigor, resourcefulness and a real team spirit.

🔹 Financial management & accounting

  • Day-to-day management of our Regate tool: invoicing, customer reminders, reconciliations, payment tracking.

  • Manage cost accounting, monitor business unit budgets, and produce dashboards to support decision-making.

  • Lead monthly budget rituals with founders and division managers (variances, alerts, adjustments).

  • Be the point of contact with the accounting firm to ensure square and timely closings.

🔹 HR & team life

  • Coordinate recruitment from A to Z: advertising vacancies, organizing interviews, monitoring candidates.

  • Manage administrative tasks: contracts, payroll, leave, health insurance, onboarding.

  • Liaise with our external HR firm (payroll, employment law, etc.).

  • And above all: bring our team culture to life! Organizing friendly moments, team buildings, little rituals that change everything.

🔹 Logistics & site management

  • Logistics for the Paris offices and the plant (orders, service providers, small problems and big solutions).

  • Be the point of contact for day-to-day needs, with agility and responsiveness.

💸 Strategic challenges & financing

This position goes beyond the operational: you'll be a strategic pillar.

  • Help build financing packages (grants, loans, fund-raising).

  • Monitor calls for public/private projects.

  • Prepare investor meetings and produce key financial data.

  • Be a real sparring partner on structuring issues: business plans, pitch decks, financial simulations, coordination with lawyers, CACs, bankers...

✅ What we're looking for in you:

  • You have 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position (office manager, CFO, or startup management), ideally in a fast-growing environment.

  • You're square, autonomous and reliable. You like things to be clear, followed through and well organized.

  • You know how to handle an Excel spreadsheet, structure a process and monitor a budget without drowning.

  • You're as comfortable writing as you are speaking, you like to help others, and you know how to stay on course even in rushes.

  • And above all: you want to build something, be part of an entrepreneurial adventure, and you share our values of impact, innovation and teamwork.

📍 Practical information :

  • Contract: Open-ended contract to be filled as soon as possible

  • Location: Paris office (flexible for telecommuting), + occasional visits to our industrial site

  • Remuneration: 45-50 K€ depending on profile + bonuses and BSPCE possible
