Description

As part of its strong growth, Circul'Egg is looking for its future Office Manager trainee, reporting to Circul'Egg's COO.

You'll be directly involved in administrative matters and team building at Circul'Egg.

Your tasks will include

1) Administrative & financial  

  • Manage invoices once a month, ensuring that all invoices are paid and entered into our Invoice software.
  • Liaison with accountants to provide them with missing supporting documents by month (for VAT declarations) 
  • Pay bills (validate with Justine beforehand)  
  • Expense claim management: pay employee expense claims on completion
  • Relations with suppliers: requesting and processing quotations, follow-up and
    classification of invoices, in liaison with each of the teams concerned ;  
  • Suggestions for improving administrative and financial processes 

2) Office Management 

  • Management of consumables, supplies, mail, etc. (
    pick up mail in Clichypurchase office consumables)  
  • Organization of internal events (team meetings, seminars, team
    buildings) and externalevents.

3) Human Resources  

  • Management and coordination of the various stages of recruitment in liaison with the teams concerned (publication of vacancies on platforms, pre-qualification of candidates, participation in interviews, etc.);  
  • Welcoming/boarding new employees (ordering equipment, etc.)  
  • Administrative procedures (contract management, etc.)  
  • Payroll coordination with our external HR firm  
  • Internal process improvement  

During your internship, you'll be supervised by Justine Lecallier, our COO.

Profile required

You're a student studying for a Bac+2 or Bac+3 in the administrative field.

Rigorous and organized, you're at ease with the various tools and issues involved in administration. One or more previous experiences in an administrative department would be a plus.

Motivated and with good communication skills, you want to contribute to the improvement of a young impact start-up.

And most importantly: you want to experience a start-up and contribute to the concrete development of the circular economy!

Modality
